Stand Lead Meeting – 9:50am, tables beside 105. A lead from each stand needs to be in attendance.

Meals and check-in end – 10:30am

Doors open – 11:30pm

Game starts – 1:00pm

Parking:  AS OF 11/16… Will only be reimbursed up to $15 if you carpool with 2 or more people or are assigned to volunteer at two or more Spectrum events within a 7 day period (Sunday-Saturday). Parking receipt must be emailed to Laken before the event ends or you will not be reimbursed.  Lakeng@cdycfundraising.org

Spectrum does provide shirts if needed or you may wear your own black shirt. It must be plain and cannot be v-neck. If you need a shirt, please email me your shirt size (if you haven’t within the last 14 days). Your shirt and meal voucher will be in your stand upon arrival. Do not stand in line downstairs to get a shirt. Lakeng@cdycfundraising.org

“One reminder I forgot on my previous email.  Please make sure your volunteers are not on their cell phones after doors open.” -Michelle Eden 

Please make sure all volunteers are eating family meal prior to their shift and are NOT eating or drinking in view of patrons during their shift.  Once your location has closed and a Supervisor checked you out, please return your uniform and exit the Arena.  You CANNOT be in the bowl or hang out as a patron unless you bought a ticket.
