Start: 7:00pm
Parking: 901 West Trade Street. From my understanding, the Cedar street parking deck will not be open to volunteers on SATURDAY. DO NOT GET THIS CONFUSED WITH FRIDAY.
Volunteer Dress Code & Conduct Policy
Bottoms:
- Must be black.
- The following are NOT allowed: shorts, joggers, sweatpants, yoga pants, or leggings.
- Non-compliance will result in the volunteer being sent home and scholarship forfeited.
Shoes:
- Closed-toe and closed-back shoes with a secure grip are required.
- Crocs are NOT permitted unless they are:
- Closed-toe
- Closed-back
- Slip-resistant and clearly identified as such
•HAIRNETS AND BLACK HATS/VISORS ARE REQUIRED!!!
Cell Phone Policy:
- Absolutely no cell phones on the front line after gates have opened.
- If caught, the volunteer will be sent home and scholarship forfeited.
“Please be advised that Managers, Directors, Area Supervisors, Stand Leads and check in staff are well within their responsibilities to assure that all volunteers are adhering to the dress/uniform and cell phone policy. Please share with all volunteers the requirements as they will be held responsible for being out of compliance, which will result in not being able to volunteer.”
IF YOU ARE IN STAND 538, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO WEAR SHORTS THAT ARE AN APPROPRIATE LENGTH.
