Sunday 8:15 am to 5:30 pm
- Costumes will be provided, or you may bring your own.
- Pockets are not allowed on costumes or under costumes.
- Must be able to do math as there are no registers and it is a cash only facility.
- You will receive two free vouchers to attend the festival.
- Minors have to be 16 and can only be runners.
- Back of House workers will be fulfilling food orders.
- Deadline to sign up is 9/24 for all dates.
- Pay range is $16:00/hr-$18.00/hr depending on the amount of volunteers in attendance.
Parking - Tell the parking attendant at the gate that you're an employee/volunteer so you don't have to go through the entire parking lot. You will go to the left of the guard shack.
Entry - Don't wait in the line, tell the security guard next to the opening at information that you're a volunteer and you will be able to enter.
Once inside, walk through the field towards the building/open wooded gates that says participants only.
If you choose to bring your own costume it will save you some time, but you do still have to wait in line to get your assignment.
Please keep in mind... from the time you park, walk through the multiple gates and stand in line to get your assignments it will be a lengthy process. It was almost 2 hours on opening day, but we're hoping they have streamlined the process since day 1. Please arrive early to allow for all of this, as the cannon fires at 9:30am signaling the event has started and you should be at your assigned location. We suggest arriving no later than 8:15.
