Below are the notes for 1/6/24 shows. We only need two volunteers per show based on the notes. So, with that said, we have taken the time to assign you to a show for this day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT SPECTRUM CENTER AT YOUR SET CHECK IN TIME, AND WILL NEED TO STAY UNTIL THE DOORS OPEN TIME OF THE NEXT SHOW.
NOTE: Please ensure that all volunteers are wearing all black pants and solid black shoes when working events!
Saturday, January 6th – 11:00am - TERRENCE AND PATRICE
Check-in – 8:00am
Meals and check-in ends – 9:00am
Doors open – 10:00am
Show time – 11:00am
Show ends – 12:40pm

Estimated Attendance – 3k to 5k
# of volunteers needed -- 2
INTERMISSION: 1:00pm to 1:30pm
*** NOTE: Groups will have to shut down stands at the end of each show. During this time, groups are able to eat from their stands and/or will be directed to a stand if food is not served at your stand.
