WELCOME BACK TO PNC!!!!!

Here are some very IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Some Items have Changed with PNC

Please read this email in it's entirety.

You must bring your own cup with a lid and a straw that is empty upon arrival. 

No cup means you will not have a beverage per the venue. 

There will NO LONGER be bottled water and we CANNOT use the cups they provide.

IF YOUR NAME IS HIGHLIGTHED IN PURPLE, YOU STILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE TWO HOUR TRAINING FROM PNC.

You may not video any part of the show. We could be FINED and REMOVED from volunteering at PNC. 

Please make sure you are checking ALL IDs. If you think an ID is fake, DO NOT SERVE THE CUSTOMER. You have every right to say no. 

Dress code is black shorts or pants (NOT LEGGINGS, NOT BIKERS SHORTS, or YOGA PANTS!!!)

CDYC Red Polo - If your name is highlighted in red on the assignments list, you still need to purchase a shirt, CLICK HERE to do so.

BLACK SLIP RESISTANT SHOES

(THIS IS A CHANGE FROM LAST SEASON, IT IS STRICTLY ENFORCED PER THE VENUE)

A plain or CDYC black hat (this is a MUST)

Health department may come at any time. You MUST have your hat!!!

PARKING IS AT SILVER LOT AT THE RACETRACK

ARRIVE AT PARKING LOT NO LATER THAN 3 PM  

PLEASE ALLOW FOR TRAFFIC AND SHUTTLE WAIT TIMES 

CHECK IN IS AT 3:30 UNLESS YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN APPROVED FOR A LATE ARRIVAL (THERE WAS ONLY ONE OF YOU APPROVED)

CDYC MEETING IS AT 5:15 PM

GATES ARE AT 6 PM  

CONCERT STARTS AT 7:30 PM

Please be prepared for hot weather, even in the stand. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
