- Please have your group lead attend the stand lead meeting. This is where they will be given important information about the event, along with their stand’s binder.
- Please have your groups sign the attendance sign-in sheet located in their stand’s binder. I use this for invoices.
- Please ensure that all volunteers are wearing all black pants and solid black shoes when working events!
- Please remind your group that volunteers are to open all cans and bottles prior to handing a guest their alcoholic beverage.
